If you would like your gift certificate sent to an address other than your own, make sure to enter that shipping address during checkout. If you wish to send the certificate directly to its recipient and would like to have a personal message written in it, as well as the “To” and “From” fields filled out, please complete the form that will pop up upon adding the item to your cart.
